The famous adventurer Adol Christin and his compa ñ ero Dogi arrive in Balduq, a city that has been annexed by the Romun empire. Nothing m &aaists arrive, Adol is stopped. In the c "rcel" he meets a mysterious woman called Aprilis, who turns him into a Monstrum, a being with supernatural gifts and with the power to exorcise monsters. Now, Adol will have to join forces with other Monstrums to deal with the threats that emerge from a small, sombr &iacitia, known as Grimwald Nox. All this, while revealing the mysteries of the maldici Monostrum and discovering the truth about the problems that Balduq has.
