It combines the power of Thrustmaster's cutting-edge technologies built into the TS-PC RACER steering wheel base, created to improve gaming performance, with a replica of the real Ferrari 488 Challenge steering wheel (officially licensed by Ferrari) for an incredibly realistic racing experience.

This 9:10 scale replica of the Ferrari 488 Challenge steering wheel measures 32 cm in diameter and is designed to achieve total immersion in the Ferrari world of automobile racing. Made of polyurethane and the same Alcantara material used in genuine Ferrari handwheels, the steering wheel incorporates 15 built-in LEDs* and 2 rotary switches to optimize gaming efficiency and ease of use. Compatible with the Thrustmaster racing ecosystem in PC (Windows 10/8/7), the TS-PC RACER Ferrari 488 Challenge Edition offers a variety of advanced Thrustmaster technologies, such as the Turbo Power external power supply, the Motor Cooling Embedded system and a 40 watt motor with excellent responsiveness that provides improved force feedback.

•     The steering wheel is designed for automobile racing with its 15 integrated LEDs* for rev counter function (RPM) and 2 rotary switches with push-button function. Its sleeve is hand-sewn and made of the same Alcantara material imported from Italy that is used in genuine Ferrari steering wheels.
•     The Turbo Power external power supply has a toroidal shaped finless design, which provides 86% efficiency (compared to 65% efficiency of standard finned power supplies).

• To provide a high level of performance, accuracy and convenience for the most demanding PC gamers, Thrustmaster has developed the TS-PC servobase.
• The brushless industrial class and 2nd generation brushless motor guarantees 50% more dynamic and a blocking force 4 times greater than the previous generation. Torque is 1.6 times greater than that provided by the TX and T300 RS handwheel bases.

• Field Oriented Control Algorithm: H. E. E. A. R. T (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) offers a 16-bit resolution (65,536 values), while the new F. O. C. F. algorithm offers a 16-bit resolution (65,536 values). optimizes dynamic response to intensive torque demands. The motor responds dynamically and quickly to increased torque demands and compensates for power losses.
