FANS

AXIAL TECNOLOG UPDATES

Our ñ or an axial technology fan has been optimized for a new large heat sink that has more fins and surface area than the latest generation &o. The blade count has been increased on the three fans, with 13 on the central fan and 11 on the auxiliary fans. The barrier ring on the side fans has been thinned to allow for further lateral entry and provide better air flow to the cooling matrix. The additional central fan blades and the full height ring provide an increased pressure to launch air directly on the heat spreader.

ALTERNATE SPIN

To reinforce the specialized functions of the central and auxiliary fans, the central fan rotation direction is reversed. This reduces the air turbulence within the cooling matrix for another boost to the overall t &e performance. The tambi fans are completely turned off when the power consumption of the card is low and the GPU temperature drops below 50 degrees Celsius, which keeps the noise levels low when the system is under a light load.

To heat the heat sink matrix efficiently, so that the powerful axial technology fans can be removed quickly, a manufacturing process is used that improves the softness of the surface of the heat sink at the peak microsc level. The additional flatness allows for better contact with the matrix, which helps to improve the transfer t &eacermal.

The heat spreader attracts heat to heat pipes that bring it to the back of a stack of fins that occupies a large footprint of 2.9 slots. PREMIUM COMPONENTS
