Returning an order.
We accept returns the first 7 days after the transport company has delivered the order.
If you do not receive you order correctly or it shows some kind of defects, you have 24 hours to claim your order at the following email address: international@discoazul.com
If the products delivered are broken, please keep the packaging and contact the transport company.

Software products have a 24 hour warranty.

To admit any returns we demand the following:
- The product has to be in perfect conditions and in its own original packaging; this is a demand of the Law of Guarantee.
We do not change or return money if any product has been handled or used incorrectly by the customer nor do we accept broken products. In these cases you will lose the guarantee.

- We cannot accept returns if the packaging, blister, box or plastic is damaged.
- Products of which the blister (transparent plastic bag that contains the product) has been opened, cannot be returned.

All returns will be handled trough regular post and if there has been a mistake on behalf of Web DiscoAzul.SL, we will refund the shipping money charged, once the correct order has been completed. If the returned product does not show any defects, the customer will be held responsible for the shipping costs.
