Returning an order.
The warranty has 7 days at maximum to make the return that will start since the order is delivered. It must be requested by international@discoazul.com

If any product is missing, it can only be reclaimed during the next 24 hours of the reception and it also must be notified during the next 24 hours to international@discoazul.com. If it is not notified, we think that the order arrives properly.

If something arrives broken, the order must be saved in the original packet and contact with the transport firm and with DiscoAzul as soon as possible. If we are not notified, we think that everything went right.

Every product that requires some manipulation for the instalation does not have any warranty, as it is explained in the warranty (chips, screens...).

All the software products has a warranty of 24 hours since they are delivered, because a bad use can break it( games, Swap Magic...).

We do not change or return money if any product has been handled or used incorrectly by the customer nor do we accept broken products. In these cases you will lose the guarantee.

All those products that it want to be returned must be in the same condition that was sent, without any manipulation. If it is not in this condition DiscoAzul was not accept it

All returns will be handled trough regular post and if there has been a mistake on behalf of Web DiscoAzul.SL, we will refund the shipping money charged, once the correct order has been completed. If the returned product does not show any defects, the customer will be held responsible for the shipping costs.
